Breathwork opens the door to personal growth, awakening and transformation through improved mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. In this training we’ll explore the ways we can take this personal self-care practice and our path to healing and transmute that into community care and collective healing.
This training will prepare you to lead Frequency Breathwork and also to empower you as a Spaceholder,Healer and Community leader.
Frequency Style Breathwork is inspired and informed by David Elliot, Wim Hoff, Kundalini and Yoga Pranayam.
