Level ( I ) is an immersive introduction to breathwork, energy medicine, and trauma-informed spaceholding. Whether you're new or an experienced practitioner, this training gives you the foundational knowledge and embodied skills to safely guide 1:1 breathwork sessions. You’ll learn to work with your frequency, understand the science and energetics of breath, and hold space with clarity, compassion, and grounded presence.

Level ( II ) is an advanced training designed to bridge the gap between learning the method and embodying it as a facilitator. This program focuses on the practical art of guiding groups through deeply therapeutic and transformational sessions. Through hands-on facilitation practice, real-time feedback, and refinement of your authentic teaching voice, you’ll learn to work with group energy, navigate complex emotional landscapes, and guide participants with confidence, clarity, and grounded presence.

Level ( III ) is the deepest initiation into breathwork as consciousness medicine — where science and spirit converge. This advanced training explores sacred geometry, endogenous psychedelic states, ancestral patterns, and the energetic architecture that shapes human healing.
