Our Policies

Membership Policies

• All memberships (Unlimited & Limited) are billed on a monthly recurring basis, and auto renew every month until they are cancelled.
• There is no minimum commitment. Cancel anytime online prior to the next billing cycle.
• To pause your membership, email the studio at least 7 days prior to your preferred pause period. One pause period of at least 2 weeks is permitted per year.
• All memberships begin on the date of purchase.
• Membership prices are subject to change with prior written notice.

Package Policies

• All packages (drop in, 10 pack) expire 12 months after date of purchase.
• Exclusions for special offers may apply.
